These terms are a contract between you and CURIOO LIMITED (Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong SAR). Part A applies to everyone who uses curioo.com or campus.curioo.com. Part B applies to CURIOO Campus licences and certification. Part C applies to the Signature Project. Part D applies to everything. By using a site, starting a trial, buying a licence or enrolling, you accept the parts that apply to you. If you are buying for a school, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
CURIOOkids Studios are operated by independent licensed partners. Your contract for a studio programme is with the partner, on the partner’s terms; these terms do not cover it.
You may use our websites for their intended purpose: finding a studio, learning about CURIOO, enquiring, and using Campus or the Signature Project as a registered user. You may not copy, scrape or republish our content, curriculum or images except as these terms allow; interfere with the sites or other users; or use them for anything unlawful. We may suspend access to protect the sites or other users.
Everything on the sites, including the CURIOO name and logos, the CURIOO Method, the curriculum, project titles, teacher guides, slides, student materials, rubrics and trackers, belongs to CURIOO LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
Campus is for teachers and school staff. You must register with an email address issued by a school or education authority; personal email domains are refused. We may ask for other proof that you teach. You may add a personal recovery email so that your account, and any certification, follows you if you change school.
The trial lasts seven days, needs no card and ends by itself. It opens one full project, chosen by the year group you teach, on screen, and lets you browse the rest. Downloads are not included. One trial per person.
A Teacher licence is for one named teacher and is paid by card. The annual licence covers all four year groups; the monthly licence is priced per year group and covers only the year groups selected, which may be changed at the start of a term. A School licence provides six named seats, with additional seats at the published per-seat price, and a Whole-school licence the number of named seats agreed in the quote, in each case for one school and paid annually by invoice or purchase order; the licence holder may reassign seats as staff change. Prices are as published on the pricing page at the time of purchase, in US dollars, and are launch pricing that may change at renewal with thirty days’ notice.
During the licence term each seat holder may view the library on screen and, for each project open to them in the current term, download the teacher pack for use with their own classes at the licensed school. One project per subject per year group is open each term; the next term’s project opens four weeks before that term begins and the current one closes when it does. Downloads are watermarked with the teacher’s name, school and licence date. You may print and copy student materials for your own students. You may not share your login, distribute the materials beyond the licensed school, post them online, sell them, or use them to build a competing product. When a licence ends, the right to use downloaded materials ends with it, except copies already in students’ hands.
Annual licences run for twelve months and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date; we email a reminder thirty days before. Monthly licences renew monthly and stop at the end of the month in which you cancel. You cancel from Account & billing. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires or where we withdraw the service.
The Certificate in Teaching Secondary Entrepreneurship costs the published one-off fee, requires an active Campus licence to complete the project run, and must be completed within twelve months of enrolment. Submissions are assessed by a qualified CPD Trainer; an unsuccessful submission may be resubmitted once at no charge. The credential is awarded by CURIOO LIMITED and belongs to the teacher. Certification fees are not refundable once the modules are opened.
We aim for Campus to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. We may update, add or retire projects; where a project you are teaching is retired we will keep it available to you until the end of that term. We will give thirty days’ notice of any change that materially reduces what a licence includes.
The Signature Project is an online cohort programme for students aged 14 to 17. Enrolment is made by a parent or guardian, who confirms the student’s age, agrees to these terms on the student’s behalf and is responsible for payment. Reserving a place is free and does not commit you; the contract is formed when enrolment is confirmed and payment, or the first instalment, is made.
The fee is as published on the Signature Project page at the time of enrolment, in US dollars, payable in full or in three instalments on the dates shown at checkout. The published discount for CURIOOkids alumni and siblings is applied at checkout on request. Instalments remain payable in full if the student withdraws.
Places are non-refundable once your cohort is confirmed. Please check the session time and dates before completing enrolment. If we cancel a cohort, or cannot offer a place at all, we refund everything paid. If a student cannot continue for a serious reason, write to us; at our discretion we may transfer the place to a later cohort.
Ten live weekly online sessions with a CURIOO mentor, mentor feedback on every checkpoint, a showcase in week ten, a portfolio case study template and review, and a CURIOO certificate of completion for students who complete the ten weeks and present at the showcase. Session times are fixed per cohort. Missed sessions are recorded; they are not rescheduled.
Everything the student makes belongs to the student. CURIOO keeps a licence to use checkpoint submissions and recordings to run and assess the cohort, and, only with written consent under our media consent policy, to feature showcase work in our materials.
Sessions are recorded. Students must treat mentors and one another with respect; we may remove a student whose behaviour puts others at risk, without refund. Our safeguarding statement explains how we keep online sessions safe and how to raise a concern.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Curriculum content is provided for educational use; teachers and schools remain responsible for how it is used with their students.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere keep any protection their local law gives them that cannot be excluded.
We may update these terms; the current version is always at curioo.com/terms/ with the date at the top. For changes that affect an existing licence or enrolment we give thirty days’ notice by email.
