These terms are a contract between you and CURIOO LIMITED (Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong SAR). Part A applies to everyone who uses curioo.com or campus.curioo.com. Part B applies to CURIOO Campus subscriptions and certification. Part C applies to the Signature Project. Part D applies to everything. By using a site, starting a trial, buying a subscription or enrolling, you accept the parts that apply to you. If you are buying for a school, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
CURIOOkids Studios are operated by independent licensed partners. Your contract for a studio programme is with the partner, on the partner’s terms; these terms do not cover it.
You may use our websites for their intended purpose: finding a studio, learning about CURIOO, enquiring, and using Campus or the Signature Project as a registered user. You may not copy, scrape or republish our content, curriculum or images except as these terms allow; interfere with the sites or other users; or use them for anything unlawful. We may suspend access to protect the sites or other users.
Everything on the sites, including the CURIOO name and logos, the CURIOO Method, the curriculum, project titles, teacher guides, slides, student materials, rubrics and trackers, belongs to CURIOO LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
Campus is for teachers and school staff. You must register with an email address issued by a school or education authority; personal email domains are refused. We may ask for other proof that you teach. You may add a personal recovery email so that your account, and any certification, follows you if you change school.
The trial lasts seven days, needs no card and ends by itself. It opens one full project, chosen by the year group you teach, on screen, and lets you browse the rest. Downloads are not included. One trial per person.
A School subscription is for one school and covers every teacher employed at that school, for the programmes in the option purchased (one programme or both programmes), for twelve months, paid by invoice or purchase order. The price is set by the size of the school, counted as the number of students enrolled in the school on the date of purchase as declared by the school; we may ask for confirmation, and a subscription bought in the wrong band is moved to the correct one at renewal. The subscription holder may add and remove teachers as staff change, and access ends for a teacher who leaves the school. Subscriptions covering several schools, groups or trusts are agreed in writing. Prices are as published on the pricing page at the time of purchase, in US dollars, and are launch pricing that may change at renewal with thirty days’ notice. We do not sell subscriptions to individual teachers; a teacher’s free trial is governed by section B2.
During the subscription term each subscribed teacher may view the library on screen and, for each project open to them in the current term, download the teacher pack for use with their own classes at the licensed school. One project per subject per year group is open each term; the next term’s project opens four weeks before that term begins and the current one closes when it does. Downloads are watermarked with the teacher’s name, school and subscription date. You may print and copy student materials for your own students. You may not share your login, distribute the materials beyond the licensed school, post them online, sell them, or use them to build a competing product. When a subscription ends, the right to use downloaded materials ends with it, except copies already in students’ hands.
Subscriptions run for twelve months and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date; we email a reminder thirty days before. You cancel from Account & billing or by writing to support. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires or where we withdraw the service.
The Certificate in Teaching Secondary Entrepreneurship costs the published one-off fee, does not require a Campus subscription (we provide a project for the assessed run where the teacher has none), and must be completed within twelve months of enrolment. Submissions are assessed by a qualified CPD Trainer; an unsuccessful submission may be resubmitted once at no charge. The credential is awarded by CURIOO LIMITED and belongs to the teacher. Certification fees are not refundable once the modules are opened.
We aim for Campus to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. We may update, add or retire projects; where a project you are teaching is retired we will keep it available to you until the end of that term. We will give thirty days’ notice of any change that materially reduces what a subscription includes.
The Signature Project is a twelve-week online cohort programme for students aged 14 to 17. Enrolment is made by a parent or guardian, who confirms the student’s age, agrees to these terms on the student’s behalf and is responsible for payment. The contract is formed when the deposit or the full fee is paid at checkout. Each cohort is limited to twelve students; places are allocated in order of payment.
The fee is US$2,495 per student, as published on the Signature Project page at the time of enrolment. It is paid either in full now, at checkout, or as a deposit of US$250, which is non-refundable, followed by the balance of US$2,245 due by 23 November 2026 through the personal payment link we send you. There are no instalment plans. The published discounts (15% for CURIOOkids alumni and siblings; the refer-a-friend discount, under which the referred family saves 10% and the referring family is refunded 10% of its fee once the referred place is confirmed) are applied with the discount code at checkout; one discount code per enrolment, and they cannot be combined. If the balance is not paid by the due date we may release the place to another student; the deposit is not returned.
Fees are not refundable once paid. Please check the cohort dates and the session time before paying. If we cancel a cohort, or cannot offer a place at all, we refund everything paid. If a student cannot continue for a serious reason, write to us; at our discretion we may transfer the place to a later cohort.
Twelve weeks of live weekly online mentoring in a cohort of no more than twelve, mentor feedback at six milestone checkpoints, a Showcase in week twelve, a portfolio template and review, and a CURIOO Signature Certificate of Completion for students who complete the programme and present at the Showcase. Session times are fixed per cohort. Missed sessions are recorded; they are not rescheduled. Cohort dates include a holiday pause, published on the Signature Project page.
If a student has attended the sessions, done the required work and met the milestone checkpoints but has not finished their project by the end of the cohort, we provide continued mentor support at no charge for up to one month after the cohort ends, so the project can be completed. This commitment does not apply where sessions or milestones were missed, and it does not extend the Showcase or the certificate date.
Everything the student makes belongs to the student. CURIOO keeps a licence to use checkpoint submissions and recordings to run and assess the cohort, and, only with written consent under our media consent policy, to feature showcase work in our materials.
Sessions are recorded. Students must treat mentors and one another with respect; we may remove a student whose behaviour puts others at risk, without refund. Our safeguarding statement explains how we keep online sessions safe and how to raise a concern.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Curriculum content is provided for educational use; teachers and schools remain responsible for how it is used with their students.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere keep any protection their local law gives them that cannot be excluded.
We may update these terms; the current version is always at curioo.com/terms/ with the date at the top. For changes that affect an existing subscription or enrolment we give thirty days’ notice by email.
