Children’s faces, names and work are theirs. We use them in our materials only with written consent from a parent or guardian, given in advance, for the uses described here, and withdrawable at any time. Nothing on curioo.com, on Campus, in our social media or in our sales and partner materials shows an identifiable child without that consent.
Our websites; our social media accounts; printed and digital materials for parents, schools and partners; presentations at education events; and press coverage we have arranged. Consent for each of these is given separately on the consent form; you can agree to some and not others. We do not license images to third parties or use them in paid advertising without separate, specific consent.
For studios, the partner obtains consent on enrolment using the CURIOO consent form and keeps the record; the partner sends CURIOO only material for which consent covers CURIOO’s use. For the Signature Project, consent is part of enrolment and can be given or refused without affecting the place. For school showcases run under Campus, the school obtains consent under its own policy using the templates in the teacher pack; CURIOO does not receive images from schools unless the school and the parents choose to share them.
Write to hello@curioo.com or to the studio, at any time. We remove the material from our own channels within fourteen days and from printed materials at the next reprint. We cannot recall copies already distributed or shared by others, but we will stop using them.
Consented material is kept for as long as it is in use and for no more than five years after it was made, then deleted, unless consent is renewed. Recordings of Signature Project sessions that are not consented for wider use are handled under the privacy policy and deleted twelve months after the cohort ends.
