Prior to that, Paul founded one of the first online language learning companies and provides strategic consultancy to some of the largest education companies globally. He sits on the Board of high-quality education companies in China, Vietnam and Malaysia including YOLA, WSE (MY) and SummitLearn.

Catherine has held important senior management roles with well-known Fortune 500 companies such as Pfizer and Avon and the largest multi-national organisations operating in China.

Having worked with the leading Global and Chinese brands, she has unique insights into the development of successful organisations and the importance of providing the very best customer experience across all digital and offline environments. With 15 years as a senior leader in the education industry working with Pearson owned companies in China, the teams she leads are continuously challenging themselves to add value provide our students with the very best experience and learning outcomes.

Richard has more than 25 years of successful business operations experience with a focus on education and health industries.

Across extensive senior management and business development experience in China and South East Asia, Richard has led and provided consultancy to the largest and fastest growing K-12 and English language training companies in the world including British International Schools, EtonKids, Language Link and Pearson owned companies in China. With a background in Teaching and Academic management, he approaches education operations from a student-first perspective and builds an organisational culture that is dedicated to student success.

Allison leads our China operations and provides global training leadership. Her leadership experience spans successful regional senior management and national customer service and sales training roles with some of the most reputable education providers globally, including EF Kids and Pearson, Asia.

Katie is a curriculum development specialist and highly experienced teacher trainer. Educated in the UK, she has worked in government and international schools in London and Hong Kong. She has experience at a leadership level with the British National Curriculum, the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IBPYP).

Maggie’s experience includes leading and influencing the communication and corporate affair strategies of successful local and global multinationals. Having worked in China and New Zealand, she has led the development of highly effective brand communication strategies.

Vicky holds national advanced English Teacher and TESOL international Teacher qualifications. She has provided teaching, teacher training, curriculum development and management in some of the most prestigious schools in China. She specializes in language acquisition, cultural-sensitivity in teaching and learning psychology related to children and adolescents.

Aaron has extensive operational and business development experience in China having led large and successful multi-unit education operations in Shanghai and Hangzhou for Pearson owned companies in China and EF Kids.

Frankie has built her outstanding career on helping people improve their lives through education. As a role model for integrity and quality, she has successfully led large-scale regional operations at Pearson owned companies in China and is highly experienced at rapidly scaling multi-unit education companies.

Cindy has over 16 years of successful experience in education, training and operation’s management. She has worked in senior positions at Pearson owned companies in China in Qingdao and Tianjin. Cindy loves education and believes that education can change people’s life.
